They were quick, efficient, polite and explained everything that needed to be done. Cartridge replacement in shower. Wonderful experience for a horrible situation! Thank you! Will spread the word and refer you to everyone! 😊

I was just cleaning my kitchen sink while listening to the washing machine in the background and thought how grateful I am for Brass Monkey. They did a whole house re-plumb, including the main and hard-plumbing the washing machine, in August of 2025. The delay it took in writing this review is more a reflection of my procrastination and no reflection on the team. From the first phone call, to the very thorough inspection and estimate (bless the guy who crawled around under our house -- you couldn't pay me to do that!), to the scheduling (they bumped us up a week when we discovered we had a very expensive leak!), to the completion of the work, the entire team went above and beyond. That sounds cliche, but it's true. When they found something wrong with the toilet, they fixed it, even though it wasn't part of the original plan. When they were swapping out the faucet, I casually asked if they could change the sink and they happily helped me hunt down one that fit and installed it the next day. In every way, I knew they were doing their best to get everything right in my very old (1948!) house. I have had other work done on my house and yard since that time, but these guys are the only ones I am taking the time to write a review -- their work and customer service is exceptional and there isn't much lately that you can say that about!

We live in an older home, and Brass Monkey has become our go to company for the misc pipe and water issues we’ve encountered over the past few years. Had another recent issue with a potential main water line clog causing water backup in multiple tubs/toilets, and Chris & Gavin were fantastic! Inspected and tested all necessary avenues, and were more than fair. Thankfully the clog resolved itself, and they are so honest that they didn’t try to price gouge us at all. I recommend them to anyone I hear talking about plumbing issues, and will continue to do so!

Appointment was fast for the requested repairs needed. Chris recommended another company to high pressure water jet the system out. Extremely honest and I've used Brass Monkey for other repair jobs. I highly recommend their company for your plumbing service.

I had a hot water issue and contacted Brass Monkey Plumbing. I spoke to Aliyah about my issue; she was most welcoming, and so very professional in addressing my issue.

Brass Monkey Plumbing has a five-star rating and that Five-Star rating starts with the 'Voice of the Company', Aliyah. It turned out that my issue as Breaker Issue, so nothing serious. Whomever hired the 'Voice of the Company' should get a raise, a big raise.

I can't recommend this team enough. Customer service is above and beyond, they were timely, and they were fair priced. Freddy was so helpful and friendly, and was also knowledgeable or got an answer from someone if he couldn't provide one quickly. Thaknks Brass Moneky!
